It's great to see you have been able to firm up The European Destubathon for April. I now spend most of my editing time on reviewing and improving new articles. Many are stubs which could be raised to Start class with a few additions. For the contest, would it be permissible to destub new articles created during the month of April itself? I'm not interested in the prizes but this might help improve the quality of the articles created and may well provide additional incentives for newbies.
