"Ending Illegal Discrimination And Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity" is not confirmed as an Executive Order since nothing has been officially published by the Federal Registry yet and the whitehouse.gov page of it "https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/ending-illegal-discrimination-and-restoring-merit-based-opportunity/" does not have the "Executive Order" subtitle/header like all the other Executive Orders have.
