You wrote: "I have decided not to contribute any more. Do expect me to reincarnate though." If you're trying to invoke RTV, then you shouldn't return—at all. If you're intending on a CLEANSTART anytime soon, then note that it will likely be quite obvious what your new account will be after a while, and don't expect the WR crap to go away. Choose wisely, and have some fun on July 4! /ƒETCHCOMMS/ 19:26, 4 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Bye

Best wishes and good luck. But it doesn't matter if your edits get rev-deleted. [1]

Just don't let them bother you, I'm sure they came from 4chan. And in any case, if you are a minor, an admin stated he's a minor, a quarter of the people on Wikipedia are minors. I got reviewer and rollback in the same week. But it's your choice to leave or stay. Best wishes. --The Σ talkcontribs 19:30, 4 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please see my comments from the last time you decided to retire (from "Still, you run the risk of conflict..." on), as they still remain true. The more "retirement notices" I get, the more DIVA-ish things seem to me. I'd also like to second what fetchcomms had to say: You cannot vanish if you decide to come back, and if you decide to come back, it will not be terribly difficult to figure out that a new account is yours. Honestly, I don't think this was one of the more professional retirements I've seen. If you do decide to come back, I hope you adopt a less diva-ish attitude towards editing. Cheers. ceranthor 02:32, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Out of curiosity, why send an implied invitation to the talk page? --The Σ talkcontribs 21:11, 8 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Clarify something on my userpage

{{adminhelp}} Could an administrator change the part on my userpage: I have decided not to contribute any more. Do expect me to reincarnate though. to: I have decided not to contribute any more using this account. I am planning to start off fresh though. Add the sentence: I am planning to come back in one to three months, but I cannot guarantee I will though. Crazymonkey1123 (Jacob) T or / mine 15:45, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Done - hope your break helps, and wish you well for your return -- Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 16:45, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
If you decide to return, might I suggest doing a better job of keeping your head down and being less diva-ish? Don't edit under your real name, either, young sir. I've found that it does more harm than good, based on other instances not so unlike yours that I've observed. StrikerforceTalk Review me! 17:31, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Could someone also block my public account, User:Crazymonkey1123 public with Account creation blocked, email blocked, and autoblock disabled because my IP is already affect by an autoblock on this account. Crazymonkey1123 (Jacob) T or / mine 17:52, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Done. /ƒETCHCOMMS/ 17:56, 5 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Working with images

Hello,

Thanks for notifying me about File:Asteroid.JPG. Actually that image should probably be deleted, as I accidentally posted it (you can see I'm not very good with images). It has now been posted under another more descriptive name. Is there a way to delete File:Asteroid.JPG?

Also, I want to add an image to another of my articles, but I'm not sure which license to use. It's an image of a musical instrument in a museum, that was taken by museum staff. I have an email from the museum giving me permission to use it. I started to use the GNU Free Documentation License, but I take it that is obsolete. What do you recommend?

Thanks, Mr Instamatic (talk) 16:24, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Crazymonkey1123 has retired. In the meantime;
Asteroid.JPG does indeed seem to have been deleted.
If the copyright holder for an image gives permission merely to use the image on Wikipedia, that is not enough in itself; the image must be under an acceptable free license. See Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for more information; that page also gives recommendations of which licenses to use, and how to confirm the permission has been given. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 18:53, 7 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Admin review comment

Hi Crazymonkey1123, thanks for your comment on my admin review page nearly a year ago. I am sorry to see that you have retired in the months since then. I wish you the best. Acalamari 09:49, 8 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
