Clarification about dating

When dating, for example, a television series airing early in the morning in Japan (UTC+9), would we use UTC or the local time? ("[...] aired on [January 10/January 11], 2024") - avxktty (talk) 19:15, 21 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Local time makes more sense; if it's airing in Japan, use Japan times. When in doubt, discuss the matter on the article's talk page. If you want more help, change the {{help me-helped}} back into a {{help me}}, stop by the Teahouse, or Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance. Primefac (talk) 19:48, 21 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

question

this is a really active two day old account which is really cool. have you edited wikipedia before or something? pauliesnug (message / contribs) 22:45, 23 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

nuh. i just have way too much free time lmao. i'm mostly just engaging in discussions and contributions with these new articles (and adding missing executive orders/proclamations/whatever for places missing them, like biden's pages), as i struggle finding anywhere else that needs help, lol. - avxktty (talk) 22:48, 23 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
awesome! u seem cool! pauliesnug (message / contribs) 22:49, 23 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia doesn't accept primary sources and, according to the rules, the content should be deleted. 217.196.104.209 (talk) 02:25, 2 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

??? i am confused. you didn't make any posts there under this IP address. - avxktty (talk) 05:27, 2 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
your only edits under this IP are to my talk page so i genuinely don't understand what you're talking about. - avxktty (talk) 05:28, 2 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

nevermind, i see. is this really a situation where it isn't acceptable, though..? - avxktty (talk) 22:33, 2 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Unfortunately yes. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 217.196.104.204 (talk) 01:06, 3 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
"Unfortunately yes." isn't really explaining much how you feel this way. this should be on the article's talk page anyways, not my user talk page. - avxktty (talk) 23:11, 4 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
