Wow, thankyou so much! That means a lot :) Arre 03:13, 7 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hey

Hey Arre, I love you're work on The Stafford Project, it is amazing! Furthermore, I have been working on Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series in the past three days, what do you think? I would love to hear some feedback from you. Also, what are you thinking about the soaps?  — SoapFan12 Talk smile 21:42, 8 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yes,that's looking good. Although I don't see the need to split the tables. Arre 03:33, 9 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I thought it would look good. Do you think it should be remove?  — SoapFan12 Talk smile 03:42, 9 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Help

Hey Arre 9, I need you're help, at my ″Preferences″ secyion it says that my registration time is 18:48, 12 August 2012. Does this mean when I became a register user or when I join Wikipedia? Also, did you see ″Her Husband's Betrayal″? If you did, what did you think? Also, if you did, do you want to create an article of it, with me?  — SoapFan12 Talk smile 23:51, 9 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

(talk page stalker) That's when you joined Wikipedia. — Status (talk · contribs) 00:16, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Oh okay. Thanks Status.  — SoapFan12 Talk smile 00:18, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I saw a bit of Her Husband's Betrayal, but mainly the start and end. Yes sure we can do an article for it, but are there reviews and news reports about it? Arre 03:06, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I do not know, I am not famaliar with these kind of project, that why I want to help with it, so in the next days I know what to do. I know that here were lots of announcements near the airdate of the film and a interviews she did. But, I leave it up for you to decide.  — SoapFan12 Talk smile 03:20, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, what? Film articles (which I'm not very use to either) are the same as everything else; we just need reliable sources to prove notability. Arre 06:24, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Nevermind, just forget about it.  — SoapFan12 Talk smile 12:04, 10 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Arre. I see you've done some work on this article, it looks good! I would love to help you expand it, if you want. If you want to continue doing it yourself that's fine too. Creativity97 21:24, 11 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Help would be appreciated. I was eventually going to nominate it for GA if I ever finished working on it. You can join if you like. If you could work on storylines and reception in particular, that would be excellent.Arre 04:59, 12 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Okay. I will try to find some good reception information and maybe condense the storylines. Creativity97 15:30, 12 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I've expanded reception with some good information. Also, I've found this Eileen Davidson interview from when she returned to Y&R in 2008. Here is the link: 1 I don't know if it contains any useful information, but there it is if there's anything useful for the article. Creativity97 22:48, 12 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yes I've seen that, I skimmed through the archives at DC earlier for sources :) thanks for your additions so far. Arre 13:50, 13 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

FLC comments

Thank you so much for you're comments and I have just responded to you're comments. Are there ready to be resolved or is there more? Thank a lot, this meant so much to me!  — SoapFan12 Talk smile 13:48, 12 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Ok Arre, Thanks again, so if I link everything into the multiple wins/nominations will this be considered resolved?  — SoapFan12 Talk smile 14:48, 12 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I just wnated to let you know, I have responded to you're comments. :)  — SoapFan12 Talk smile 01:34, 13 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I would really appreciate if you respond to you're comments on my FLC? Thanks! :) Plus, are there more or you are ready to resolved?  — SoapFan12 Talk smile 11:43, 14 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello again, I would really appreciate if you could respond to you're comments. Thanks again! :) Also, I have added a paragraph on Phyllis Summers reception section about the Accolades, I was wondering if you could correct the grammar or even re-worded. I have done that multiple times and it does not sound right, so that why approach you.  — SoapFan12 Talk :) 13:59, 16 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sandbox

Hello Arre! What have you been thinking of Y&R lately? I'm kinda glad Josh Griffith left, but it's hard to determine whether he or JFP was the real problem. I saw you are working on a sandbox for Chloe's article. Great work! I'm sure you would like to work on it alone, but if you need help with sources or storylines or anything, I'd love to help. I've found all the reception info I can for Ashley's article. I kept looking but there wasn't anything of real value for the article. Creativity97 17:56, 17 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not liking Y&R at all. Half of the storylines are laughable. I'm with you on that. I'm not sure. I used to blame both of em, but it looks more like it's JFP's fault. JG did do amazing work for Y&R during the writer's strike those years ago. I hope JFP leaves soon, too. I hear her contract his up soon. Thankyou for offering, I'll let you know if I need anything. True. I've been looking a lot for Ashley material, but even some interviews don't really shed enough note-worthy info. Back on JG, I feel bad for him, if all the bad changes were her fault. JG always seemed very passionate about Y&R. I don't think he liked JFP's constant newbie introductions. I also think he left because he didn't agree with who she wants to kill off.Arre 18:03, 17 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, it would make sense if all the bad changes were her fault, and Josh left because he was tired of taking the blame for all of it. But then again, they both could be at fault for the changes. Like I said, it's hard to determine. Do you have any idea who's being killed off? Everyone is speculating that a longtime female character will be killed off this fall, and the decision is being described as "jaw dropping". At this point, I'd take MAB back. It's ridiculous that I'm even saying that, but even though she had her fair share of thoroughly bad and awful stories, the show was entertaining and it kept everyone guessing. Sharon would probably be in a bigger mess than she is now, but it's not like JG ever "rebuilt" her. And now there's a rumor going around that Thom Bierdz reportedly wanted to pay Y&R to have Phillip show up at Kay's funeral and they rejected him. Let's just turn the cameras around and start filming! It's more interesting than what they're trying to sell. Creativity97 22:12, 17 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Everyone is saying that JFP uses JG as a scapegoat, so he will be blamed. I'm not surprised that the character being killed off is probably female, JFP often likes to target female characters, I mean look at what she did to Laura Spencer. I have a feeling the long-time female could either be a vet from pre2000, maybe Sharon or Lauren, or what about characters such as Gloria? TPTB really obviously don't care for Gloria, It's so dumb how Chelsea's mother (boring) gets more airtime. Idk, the options are very narrow. I agree with you, I'd take MAB back, at least the show still felt like Y&R during her tenure (a bad version of Y&R, though). I'm not even excited about this new head writer, tbh. It looks like they are a JFP puppet and will do it all her way. I want Kay Alden writing the show, and Edward Scott running it, those were the best days of Y&R. JG said he would be rebuilding the character of Sharon and the pairing of Sharon/Adam..I guess that meant making Sharon more crazier than ever, and having her play prostitute to Adam, the man that basically ruined her life. It's so dumb. That Thom Bierdz rumor is disgusting! I also can't believe Tucker apparently won't be returning. So wrong. By the way did you see the episode where everyone finds out about Kay's death? What did you think? I hated how they kept inter cutting those scenes with scenes about boring Nick & Avery, it's rude. That's Katherine's episode:/ Arre 02:19, 18 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I haven't seen that episode yet. I guess it would be nice if the entire episode was about Kay, but whatever. Did you hear Nelson Branco's rumor that Dylan will be revealed as Nikki and Jack's dead son, the one who died in 1993? People think it might be true because Branco has been spot on with rumours lately. If it ends up happening, I would welcome it at this point. Dylan needs some connections and apparently JFP is desperate for Dylan to be accepted. And yes, I'm kinda excited about a new head writer. At this point, they could even make it better. We don't know. We thought JG would make the show better but he made it worse. I hope at least some of Kay's relatives return for her funeral. I doubt the guy who plays Brock hasn't been up to much. And I think Michael Damian is coming back too. Eric Braeden accidentally spilled the beans on that awhile ago. Creativity97 03:47, 18 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Wow. I haven't heard that rumor, but that would be very, very interesting, to have Dylan be Nikki's son... and Jack's son (I wonder how he would be introduced. How interesting would it be, if it was Victor who switched the baby with a stillborn child? Nikki would leave him and go back to Jack, who needs a love interest). I agree that NB has been very spot on lately. Tbh, It looks like JG always wanted Summer to be Jack's (like we all did), but JFP wanted to ruin a female character like Sharon and so she threw Sharon in that storyline mix. I think that was why JG left. He didn't like the direction things were headed. After all JFP often talks about how she loves twists (ugh). JG may be head writer but at the end of the day JFP is running the show. Arre 03:58, 18 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. If I were JG, I would've left a lot sooner! JFP will end up running the show into the ground, but I guess we'll just have to endure that. Creativity97 04:25, 18 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Help #2

I am desperately needing your help at finding sources on Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series Writing Team. As you can see, it is missing references, if you could find some that would be awesome. Can you please help me? Also, if you looked at the soapcentral source, where it all the winners, at that source there is a paragraph, I dont get it, can you please make a further understanding for me? I know you are might not be interested but there is nothing wrong to askinf and that you have seen that I have asked other people, I am just trying to have my options open.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 13:37, 19 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I am busy ATM with important real life work, so I can't. But I'll try to help tomorrow. Arre 13:45, 19 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Image

Hello Arre. I have done some work on Tucker McCall by adding a reception section and expanding character development. What do you think? Also, I was wondering if when you get a chance, could you look for a better quality screenshot of Stephen Nichols as Tucker? I haven't been able to find any. Creativity97 21:10, 20 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Great work!! I've just looked and haven't really found anything good in particular, I'll try to look at SoapNet or get one myself. Arre 03:44, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you! I kinda wanted the character development section to be bigger, but I've done a fairly extensive search for sources and that's all I could find. Tucker really only had one love interest and that was Ashley, so not enough for a "Relationships" subsection. I also could not find any Stephen Nichols interviews where he himself talks about the Devon paternity storyline; I could only find quotes from Bryton James and Debbi Morgan. Thus, that is clearly how big his character development was in his three years on the show. Thanks for looking for an image! Gladly appreciated Creativity97 04:59, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yea, but I think development is fine. There don't always have to be subsections, IMO. Tucker article is looking good. I've looked at the HD 1080p Y&R clips collection I usually get screencaps from but unfortunately couldn't find anything for Tucker. I think the image it has now is okay. I'll try to find it again and upload it in better quality, if that's ok? Arre 11:58, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. And about the image, that's okay. And thank you for looking for one! Creativity97 17:50, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

System

Hey Arre, I was wondering how the system of the infobox works? Like if we have a great amount of people that agree by adding the crossover parameter, who adds the parameter to the template? Can you make a further understanding for me?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 11:50, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not too sure. I think you have to get an administrator involved when requesting changes to templates. Again, I don't know too much. Try asking User:AniMate or another admin you know of... Arre 11:59, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Oh okay thanks. I'll try asking.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 12:01, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Hey, I know you have done so much for me but I hope you don't mind me asking, would you please correct (grammar etc..) the lead of Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series Directing Team, I have been working on it on the past few days.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 12:25, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Sure I'll have a look. I was just wondering, why are there the names of directors for some and not for other years? Arre 12:38, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
The reason is that from 1974 to 1978, they were honoring indivdual directors, so their names can be added, also there are sources to prove it. Also, for the other years there's no source that have the name of the directing teams on, except for the some of the recents years.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 12:58, 21 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Hey, I see that you're online, I would really appreciate if you look at my page?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 12:07, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
What page? Your userpage?— Arre 12:09, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Nope, this one: Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Drama Series Directing Team.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 12:13, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I don't want to sound pushy or annoying but I just dont want us to end up in a edit conglict, so I would really appreciate if you do it now however if you are not able and don't want to. I completley understand, it just the grammar and re-worded few sentences make it look professional, since I am not native English speak and I'm french.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 12:30, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Never mind. I have it covered. Plus, I can see that you are not interested, but that fine. :)  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 18:22, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I actually had it pinned on chrome when I went to bed last night, and I was going to do it now... I just wanted to respond to comments on two GA reviews before that. Apologies if you're offended. — Arre 04:22, 23 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

If you're going to put this article up for FL, I'll gladly add some comments :) — Arre 04:26, 23 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No I'm not offended, I will put an article up FL soon, I would really appreciate if you add some comments. Thanks! I just thought that you were not intrested because you were doing so much work on other articles. But, if you find some errors on the lead, I would really appreciated correcting the lead now.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 11:58, 23 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I see some stuff that do not make sense in the second paragraph and I would really appreciated you correct the entire lead? That would be awesome!  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 12:27, 23 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, just wondering how you would like to proceed with this article. I don't think development really needs to be expanded anymore, but some of the refs need work. Would you like to work on the refs and overall copy-editing, and I can expand reception? Also, will you be doing extensive work on Ronan Malloy? I was the one who created that article last year, so if you're going to, maybe we could do it together? Creativity97 00:42, 26 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, that sounds good. I'll start working on Nikki tomorrow, today I'm busy. I was going to extensively work on Ronan, I started a while ago but forgot and never finished Lol...would you like to add reception to that article and make other adjustments if you want?(I'll work on all the refs, and maybe try and add some more noteworthy info). I think with substantial work, we could get both Nikki and Ronan to GA eventually— Arre 05:44, 26 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

JMW New Gig!

Did you hear that JMW will be hosting a new show name PARTY ON on E!? I think that awesome, she could develops her skills as a televison a host. What do you think? Also, can you add a paragraph explaining her new gig on her wiki article? Here's a sources you can use [1], [2], [3] and [4]. Please? I rather you do it because you are an awesome english writer and you can easily write professionaly!  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 14:26, 26 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Good for her. I'll add it— Arre 06:44, 27 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Oh, okay thank you! If I were you, I would do it now since theere is disruptive editor editting JMW's page. If you are interested, would you be able to give comments on my new FLC?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 11:31, 27 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Wow! It looks amazing! However, don't you think you should add this ″Jacqui is a brilliant host and we all see a wonderful opportunity to produce something very new and different given the high end glamour and sun soaked mischief that Europe has to offer."? I think it is needed but that you're call. IMO, I think you should bring it into GA.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 11:51, 27 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
You can add it if you like. I'm not really interested in taking this article to GA, but if you want to, you should— Arre 11:52, 27 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, I have added it, what do you think? Are you sure? Since, I am not the main contributor of the article. Also, are you to give comments on my new FLC? I would appreciate a response on that. Thanks!  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 12:07, 27 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'll try to comment soon, I am still a little busy in the real world. I noticed you submitted a request with the Guild of Copy Editors for Jacqueline MacInnes Wood. If you are wanting to take this to GA, i suggest it should be expanded a little more, and wait until doing that. If you aren't taking this to GA, I don't see why this is necessary for such a short article. — Arre 03:09, 28 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I am not going to takie it into a GA. I submitted a request to see if theres is any big mistakes and to make it professional. I do not recall that it says it has to be what you are refering to. Btw, JMW, I think it's only the lead that has to be expanded, right?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 03:25, 28 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, what do you mean? I just see a request for copy-edit of this article as a waste of time. It's very short. I'd expand it, then request later— Arre 06:44, 28 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, never mind.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 10:21, 28 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

40th Daytime Emmy Awards

I have been working on 40th Daytime Emmy Awards. What do you think?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 02:54, 30 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I just skimmed over it. It's looking good so far — Arre 09:27, 30 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! I have added some informations and some stuff in the lead. If you could correct the grammar mistakes , even re-worded and remove uneeded sentences? That would be great! Also, I have added a sentence in the lead about the ratings (last sentence in last paragraph) I use what the source says but I am not sure it's right, if you could correct that and add the more facts of what the source says says? I would really appreciate it! Thanks! I see that you are online, so if you can do it now, please tell me. If not, I do not want to wait any longer. I hope you understand!  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 04:05, 31 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
There are grammar issues in the lead and captions throughout the page. I can't go through it fully because I'm kinda busy plus I wanted to start another article today. If you'd like some advice: remove references from the info-box, try and incorporate them in the lead and try and read over everything (captions included) to make sure it's all consistent. Also, why were the dates formatted in that way? (I changed them)— Arre 04:35, 31 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks! I will just revmove the refs in the infobox since they are already incorporate in the lead. I did the dates like that because I thought that you were suppose to do that since you did in JMW article! Thanks again for the advice! Also, when are you going to give comments on my FLC? Sorry I am just to curious....  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 11:59, 31 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Ok that's good. The dates are only like that for JMW's article because she is Canadian; besides, there aren't mean to be commas. I'll think about giving comments, I'll try to leave some soon. — Arre 12:50, 31 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Ok! What do you mean by soon? Today, tomorow?....  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 12:57, 31 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not sure, probably during the week. Is there a rush to receive comments for the article?— Arre 13:08, 31 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, there is, kind of its is for me. I'm starting school next week and FLs directors usually promotes lists on the weekends so if I can get comments and then a possible/maybe support. It would be great but that is you're choice when you are going to give comments. Thanks for willing!  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 14:20, 31 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
So you won't be editing from next week? Addressing comments doesn't warrant extensive work. Unfortunately I don't think I'll have time to add comments before Monday... but best of luck— Arre 14:41, 31 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No. I will be editing however I won't be as active as I usual. No worries, I can wait since a FLC should be up for at least two weeks.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 16:50, 31 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Britt Westbourne

Hello. I've noticed you've been working a lot on the Britt Westbourne article. I just wanted to let you know that I found an image I believed gave a better representation of the character's face and I tried to upload it, but something malfunctioned and now the image won't load. This was very strange to me because I have provided images for many of the soap character articles from All My Children and General Hospital and they have always worked, so I'm not sure why this one did not. I just wanted to make you aware so you could maybe help me fix the problem with the images. After my image failed to load, I reverted back to the image you provided and it still wouldn't appear on the article. I created a new page for my separate image to try again, File:BrittaWestbourne.jpg and the images still wouldn't appear in the File History section or on the article page, so I'm not quite sure what's going on. Sparrowhawk8 (talk)

Yes, I saw it. I like the one you have tried to upload. I'll try and upload it again but more cropped. Be patient after you upload a new version of a file sometimes they take a while. — Arre 14:10, 5 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your assistance. I'm glad you were able to correct the problem. Sparrowhawk8 (talk) 21:34, 5 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

New disscussion

I have started a new discussion at Template talk:Infobox award. If you are interested, I think you're opinion, will be very needed. I know theses articles isn't you're specialty, but I hope you could say you're opinion.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 14:31, 8 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hey there. I've finally expanded Ronan's reception section. It's not that big, I couldn't find very many good sources with quotes. If you find any more, please add them. Also, if you're still interested in working on Ronan's article, do you think you could fix up the sources? I didn't know how to properly do it when I created the article last year. Creativity97 15:25, 8 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Reception looks good, doesn't have to be too long. I am still interested in Ronan's article, I'll start fixing up the refs and expanding soon. By the way, was there a reason for replacing the Avery Bailey Clark png image? The newer jpg one is a tad grainy and less clearer. — Arre 06:04, 9 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
The original image was actually good quality, but it strangely came out like that. I just thought it kinda represented the character better. If you're going to replace it, maybe you could look for one from recently? I think the date on that one was December 2012. Creativity97 00:17, 10 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
It's okay. I think any image of Avery would be fine considering she's only been on for 2 years, so anything would be recent. Anyway, back to Ronan, I think I will start working on this article during the weekend, because I'm working on another article atm. Btw, what happened to working on Nikki? Are we still gonna get to that?— Arre 02:01, 10 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Alright. That sounds good. And about Nikki, I was going to do an expand of reception and I'm sure there are a lot of good sources for that given how long she's been on the show. Older sources require more of an extensive search, so I thought I would do Ronan first and then go on to Nikki, if that's okay with you? Creativity97 12:24, 10 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
SRL. Yup, that's fine with me. — Arre 01:02, 16 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hey there. Sorry for the delay, but I've finally expanded Nikki's reception section. I think it's pretty much as big as it needs to be, what do you think? Also, I was thinking we could combine the "rivalries and friendships" and "multiple sclerosis" sections of development into one section, maybe called "other storylines" or something like that. Creativity97 22:46, 22 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Nikki's reception looks good! I don't really think those two sections should be combined because they are too different. I was going to make a section for her alcoholism issues, once that is done, should I just merge that with the MS section? Also, I'm a bit confused. I thought we were going to finish Ronan Malloy's article before Nikki? I started working on Ronan a few days ago. — Arre 02:38, 23 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I said I would expand Ronan's reception section and then do Nikki's. I don't think anything more needs to be added to Ronan, maybe just an overall copyedit and it should be good to go. Also, I saw your work on Paul Williams (character), great job! Are you gonna make it a GAN? About Nikki's sections, I definitely think alcoholism and MS should be one section, maybe called "Illnesses" or something of that nature. Didn't Nikki also have cancer in the late 1980s? If we were to do that illnesses section we could see if there is any noteworthy info on her cancer too. Creativity97 21:21, 23 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. I want to eventually take Paul to GA but I want someone from the Guild to copy edit the storylines section. Oh yes! I totally forgot about Nikki's cancer. Maybe we should make her cancer and MS in one section similar to the Kleptomania/bipolar section on Sharon Newman's? I think we have enough to make alcoholism its own section. I'll start work on Nikki later in the week if you don't mind. Sort of busy right now. — Arre 03:02, 24 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, I was wondering if you could give me comments at my FLC when you get a chance? I'm desperate! lol.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 04:15, 23 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sort of busy right now. I'll try to do it at the end of the week. Good luck with it anyway! — Arre 03:12, 24 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks!  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 10:34, 24 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hey

I was wondering if you are still on board on reviewing my FLC. If you are no longer interested, that fine. Thanks! Regards,  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 11:33, 29 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I see that you are online. I hope you got this message! Thanks!  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 03:28, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I have received your messages. I am a little busy right now, and have only made a couple of edits for the day. Atm I'm not interested in reviewing this, but if I am in the next few days and it is still open, I'll let you know. — Arre 03:32, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, that fine. I was wondering if you are going to expand Jacqueline MacInnes Wood article? If so, when. I hope it could ASAP. Since, I have struggle at expanding non list related articles, I want to learn from the best.  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 03:37, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I don't really have any interest in expanding that article. Is there a particular reason? IMO, It doesn't really need expanding, it covers everything about the actress. — Arre 03:57, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Wait a moment, I am confuse. You said that the article needs expanding which it does (the lead). Yes, there is a patricular reason that I am not willing to share. It does cover everything about the actress with the exceptation of the lead if you could only expand the part of the article that would be awesome. Please?  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 04:07, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

No. The lead is fine; it mentions all of her professions and what she is known for, this is fine for a short article. I said only if you're taking the article to GA/requesting a copy-edit the article should be longer. But since you are doing neither I don't see what expanding anything would achieve?— Arre 05:09, 30 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Olly Murs "Troublemaker" - Funk rock?

Hi, sorry for interrupt, Olly Murs' native UK number one hit "Troublemaker" is a pop song which article says pop, but suddenly funk rock has been added in the section and infobox which is unsourced as well as doesn't said that with any citation, I think funk rock is influenced, not really a genre. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 183.171.178.213 (talk) 12:49, 8 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Y&R articles

Hello Arre, how are you? What have you been thinking of Y&R lately? Don't even get me started on Delia being killed off, LOL. I didn't think it was such a big deal at first but now I've realized how much future potential she had. I'm hoping the new writers' will have some decent stories, even though JFP still calls the shots. Anyhow, I was wondering if you're still interested in taking Nikki Newman to GA. If you are, I think we should wait a bit. It still needs a decent amount of work, and I'm thinking this long lost son story will garner some good stuff for the article as well. BTW, what do you think of Dylan being Nikki's son? I actually liked the idea at first, but now I'm not so sure. Hate how they're forcing him on us. In the meantime, would you be open to working on Lauren Fenmore with me? I've sort of started adding some sources; I copied the information on her romance with Paul from his article, hope you don't mind. Creativity97 00:58, 20 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for the late response. I'm okay, but really busy, and yourself? I'm not really into Y&R so much, I'm completely against killing Delia. Not only because it was a complete repeat of what happened with Jake on GH, but because she is a legacy character with important connections. Yes, we can wait till taking Nikki to GA. I hate that JFP has to make Dylan Nikki's son so that her "pet" can stay in GC permanently. It's annoying. Especially when they act like this storyline is about Nikki, which it isn't, it's about keeping SBu's character relevant. I'd love to work on Lauren! I'll see if I can add some stuff this week. Sorry I'm really busy. I don't mind at all. — Arre 07:14, 25 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
That's okay. I agree about the Dylan storyline. I bet when it's all out in the open, Nikki will be out of the picture and Dylan will practically be an honorary Newman. I think their first attempt at trying to keep Dylan around was making him the owner of Crimson Lights, but that was an epic failure. Anyway, I'll probably start working on Lauren's article this weekend, and you can jump in whenever. Creativity97 20:38, 25 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Talkback

Hello, AJ9. You have new messages at BrickHouse337's talk page.
You can remove this notice at any time by removing the {{Talkback}} or {{Tb}} template.

Hey there, Arre! I'm not sure how active you are on Wikipedia anymore, but I thought I'd message you to see if you were still interested in having me review the Paul Williams article for GA. I'm dreadfully sorry I'm so so late on this; as you can see by my contribution history, this is the first time I've been on Wikipedia since December 28, 2013, and the last time before that was August. You had said you were thinking about doing the review in January, and it is now late March, so I sincerely apologize. So, if you are still interested in having me review this article, please notify me as I have some spare time to spend on Wikipedia. Cheers! --Brick House 337 22:18, 26 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

GA nomination of Paul Williams (character) on hold

Hi -- I see that for some reason Legobot hasn't notified you that your GA nomination of Paul Williams (character) has been placed on hold, so I wanted to leave you a note. I see you're on a break; if possible, let me know if you aren't going to be able to respond to the review. Thanks -- Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 10:05, 15 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Paul Williams GAN?

Hi -- are you going to be able to get back to the Paul Williams (character) GAN? I can leave it on hold for a bit longer if you're planning to work on it. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 11:19, 23 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, sorry about this. Is it possible for you to leave it on hold a few more days? I've just had a family loss and won't be on Wikipedia. — Arre 00:54, 24 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I'm so sorry to hear that. Of course; I'll check in with you in a week or so to see what your plans are. Best wishes. Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 01:28, 24 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Hi -- just checking in to see if you are starting to edit again. If you're unable to, it might be best to just go ahead and fail the article now, and let you return to it at your leisure. If you decide to do that, and subsequently renominate it, I'd be willing to rereview it quickly if you let me know when it's renominated (assuming I'm available). Mike Christie (talk - contribs - library) 13:11, 4 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Arre 9, I'm going to go ahead and fail the article. When you have time to come back to Wikipedia, if you want to make changes to the article, I'll be glad to look at them if I'm available, and if you renominate for GA I will try to review the nomination quickly. Mariah article

I added any information of value to your sandbox. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any reception info. I added a bit to casting and character development. Apologies for the delays as I don't have very much time for Wikipedia these days. But should you need any help on anything else don't hesitate to ask as I'm always happy to help! Creativity97 19:58, 14 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for that, you added some great quotes! Ah that's a pity, it's so hard to find reception info. Yes I understand, I haven't been on lately much either. — Arre 23:23, 14 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
In my experience, reception info develops over time. Mariah is fairly new, so there wouldn't be as much if she'd been on for a few years. For example when I was rewriting Tucker McCall I found tons and tons of good quotes for reception, and they were spaced awhile apart. Plus, I find that a lot of soap blogs / sites are diminshing with fluent commentaries, other than Daytime Confidential. But anyhow, I will keep my eyes peeled for any valuable reception info for your article. Creativity97 01:39, 16 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

How are you?

Hey, how are you??? Longtime no talk!! OMG, I AM SO HAPPY that Jacqueline MacInnes returning to B&B, when she left I stopped watching the show, so now I might comeback because she said that her storyline will having nothing to do with Liam! Thank god! What do you think about Y&R right now and the other soaps? I love the murder mystery but I am so frustrated at the write for making Sharon involve in that storyline and for making her the town's punching bag! I wished the character will become as the heroine she used to be! Ugghh, well I hope you are doing well!  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 20:54, 12 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I'm alright, and you? Yes it's so good that she's back. I am not feeling any soaps right now. Yes, Sharon's storyline is still terrible. — Arre 20:56, 12 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I am good, thanks! I am looking for projects, that I can work on Wikipedia, I am just not sure. Do you have any ideas? Like ideas, that are related to accolades/awards&nominations section. I would really much appreciate the help!  — SoapFan12 (talk, contribs) 21:00, 12 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Courtney

You do realise a site admin has already come along and put that image back right? And Angelina's face is not the subject of the article. Her storylines are. You know, the storylines noone cares about because she's so non-notable. Those storylines.Cebr1979 (talk) 03:16, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

User:Cebr1979: [5] - images on these character lists were speedily deleted. You need to familiarize yourself with WP:NFCC; it's an actual thing. I don't think you understand that free images can be used, non-free ones can't, in these articles (As I've just proven, they fail WP:NFCC). A site admin adding the image back... so? Does that mean god added the image back? No. And plz, enough with the Angelina thing. Lol. — Arre 03:21, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
If I decide to do something with the Angelina page, I'm going to. Quit acting like you get to pick what others can and can't do. If you wanna go to ANI to discuss your personal interpretations of when pictures are needed and when they aren't, feel free. I know you know where it is. You also haven't proven anything, btw. You never do. Just ask ANI. Lastly, before Mariah had her own page, she had a non-free image on one of those list pages. And it was fine. The world didn't end. Wikipedia didn't close down. Life was fine. If you want some advice, Arre (I can call you "Arre," right?), why not work to make pages better instead of constantly deleting this, that, and the other thing because you woke up some morning on a whim and decided you don't want it there anymore. Off the top of my head, I can think of three editors who have put that photo back and only one who keeps taking it down. Why is that? Why is it that it can only ever be how you want things? That's so strange. Cebr1979 (talk) 03:31, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
You just removed an image, which actually passes WP:NFCC, out of spite. You really need to calm down. If you are going to continue making bold reverts you need to at least have a real reason. Here you go again with the WP:OTHER thing. No response to that. I don't know how following a format we've followed for years is me thinking this to be "arre9.com" - lol. — Arre 03:37, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I've shown you in the past how things you say and do show every example of owning that wikipedia has. And you're still doing it. Today. You're quoting some talk (that you can never find), and you just do things on a whim (which others have not being for years lol). You need to calm down. Let's not forget... You don't even care anyways. None of these edits you do (or undo, I should say) are even big deals to you. You don't even think they're important, they don't matter. Your words, not mine. So why do them? That's even stranger. Outright bizarre. LolCebr1979 (talk) 03:43, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
It doesn't even have to be a specific discussion. It's Wiki policy for lists. I can't with this anymore. I am not going to baby you and explain non-free content (and everything that comes with using it on Wiki) word-by-word, because you aren't getting the gist of how things work. I'm trying to have a logical discussion with you here, but you're just reverting back to the childish remarks. Sigh. — Arre 03:51, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Yep, treating you how you treat me. I'm glad you "can't with this anymore" 'cause Survivor is starting. Goodnight then! Till we meet again!Cebr1979 (talk) 03:55, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
There it is again. Treating this as if it's some fun squabble; when there's nothing fun about your spiteful editing pattern, purposely going against Wiki policy. It's extremely immature. — Arre 04:00, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Yep, there you are again indeed.Cebr1979 (talk) 04:02, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Well, looks like we're going to put up a picture of Courtney's dead body. That will create so much relevance that a non-free image will be justified. A dead body will look so much better, right?Cebr1979 (talk) 04:36, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

No. There should be no image at all. I've addressed this at User talk:Status again. But, feel free to do whatever you see best. — Arre 04:46, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I see you followed me to someone else's talk page... You only knew I was there from my edit history. How many times have you accused me of following your edits? I now have proof you do it to me and you still have nothing.Cebr1979 (talk) 04:58, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, false. Status' talk page is on my watchlist, as we used to collaborate together on articles. Please get over yourself and stop with the accusations. — Arre 05:02, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm sorry to bother you but I am trying to work with other editors to change the name of the Kyle Jenkins page to the Kyle Abbott (The Young and the Restless) page to avoid an edit war. I see that you have worked on Y&R character pages in the past and I would greatly appreciate your help in changing the name of the page to Kyle's more commonly known name of "Kyle Abbott." Tobias GRAY with an A

You should probably make sure you're "correct" about something before you go and "correct" it with incorrect info.Cebr1979 (talk) 17:06, 28 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

@Cebr1979: Ok, calm down. Must you always leave a snide comment? Clearly the show's props differ because the actor posted an image of his hospital wrist band that said Grey [6]. — Arre 00:34, 29 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Because of differing info, would you perhaps cite the Y&R episode where he was called "Gray" at least? Thanks. — Arre 00:47, 29 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I did. If only you would check talk pages once in awhile instead of making your changes and (falsely) claiming you're correct... Did you post any sort of ref to your incorrect spelling? No. You did not.Cebr1979 (talk) 02:18, 29 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I'd also like to point out that a quick google search for "tobias grey the young and the restless" (aka: your "correct" but really incorrect spelling) only brings up Celeb Dirty Laundry and Facebook (neither of which can be cited). A search for "tobias gray the young and the restless" brings up lots! Did you think to do that first or did you just "correct" something while actually making it incorrect?Cebr1979 (talk) 02:23, 29 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Uhmm... actually... whatever. In thinking about it... if I'd seen the twitter pic and not the episode, I probably would've done the same thing you did. No worries.Cebr1979 (talk) 02:35, 29 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The images are awful. I think it's safe for you to just revert. Not only is the quality bad, but it looks like they're getting just images of the actors instead of screen-caps or promotional images of the actor in-character, which should be used. — Arre 02:17, 9 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/Ain't Your Mama. You are welcome to check how many page hits the article got while on the front page (here's how, Ain't Your Mama), and it may be added to the statistics page if the total is over 5,000. Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. RonBot (talk) 17:08, 16 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
