Your RfA

Hello, Ammar gerrard117. While everyone is certainly more than welcome to pursue administrator status here on Wikipedia, I strongly urge you to withdraw your currently-running RfA under WP:NOTNOW. Seeing as how you've only been a registered user for a week, I regrettably have to be the bearer of bad news and tell you that there is not any chance that it will succeed. However, if you choose to let the process continue, I wish you the very best of luck. Regards, --InDeBiz1 (talk) 04:58, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm sorry to have to inform you, but I closed your RFA early per WP:NOTNOW. You only have 66 edits and one week of experience while most editors require several months experience and at least 2000 edits. In the meantime, you may want to take a look at admin coaching, Editor Review, or Adoption, all excellet programs. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks. Useight (talk) 05:13, 6 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, but as you've probably already realized, you're not ready to be an admin yet. Get in a few more months of editing and a decent amount of edits (though amount of edits shouldn't be used as a large part of judging a candidate, I'd suggest at least 1500-2000). Also, participate in deletion discussions, improving articles, fighting vandalism, and requests for adminship. Of course, you probably have a lot of questions on the basic stuff right now; just ask. — Malcolm (talk) 18:58, 9 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

My full consolidation to you on your RfA. You might want to try again in a year or two. Sincerely, {Hellboy2hell (talk) 08:02, 10 June 2008 (UTC)}[reply]

Songs you like

I recommend you fix some of the links on your page such as the links for the songs you like. I like those songs too, but here are my recommendations:

This is what it is like now: Numb, Faint, In Pieces, and Given Up

This is what I recommend you do: Numb (Linkin Park song), Faint (song), In Pieces, and Given Up

Remove the "nowiki" things

re: Main Page

Wasn't an experiment, my "friend" from school came over and did...bad things with my account, which is why I now have an alternate non-admin account, User:Malcolm is losah. To quote my unblock reason exactly (again, pardon the profanity): "compromised account. I am currently logged in at my school. My fucking "friend" ran up and blanked the fucking main page (pardon the profanity, I'm just really pissed right now). I'll be home around 2:30 today EST. I'll give you any necessary proof that this is me then." Really not sure why Alexius08 warned me about it with a templated warning...I had already explained what happened, and that type of thing is discouraged with experienced users anyway. — Malcolm (talk) 17:40, 15 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Image tagging for Image:Ironman poster.jpg

Orphaned non-free media (Image:Ironman poster.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Ironman poster.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 06:33, 20 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your rollback request

August 2008

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did to Donald Duck. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Why? You don't have any past of vandalism... Guy0307 (talk) 11:29, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits, such as the one you made to Donald Duck. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing. Guy0307 (talk) 11:36, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 months in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for vandalism. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make constructive contributions. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text your reason here below.
This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Hey, I was reading WP:WELCOME. Then, I took a coffee break and my teenage brother compromised the account. I'm sorry and I promise it won't happen again.

What about Malcolm? He didn't vandalize and he was unbloked? Ammar gerrard117 (talk) 14:19, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

That's not a valid reason for unblocking you. You are responsible for the actions of your account. We have no way of knowing who is actually in control of it, so if your account has been compromised it will remain blocked. — Hersfold (t/a/c) 13:20, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the unblock template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Something strange with this whole affair... Xavexgoem (talk) 12:58, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please, unblock the guy. I think we have enough evidence to believe it wasn't him. Also, see WP:BLOCK: Blocks are used to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, not to punish users. That means that if we believe it wasn't him, and he promises it wouldn't happen again (i.e. no farther damage to Wikipedia), than I think we should unblock him. At least this is my view. You have been accused of sockpuppetry. Please refer to Wikipedia:Suspected sock puppets/KairiAl-Qaeda for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with notes for the suspect before editing the evidence page. Prince of Canada t | c 09:52, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
