Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Anggun has been reverted.

Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove unwanted links and spam from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. The external links I reverted were matching the following regex rule(s): (?<![^\s:])[^\s\]\[\{\}\\\|^\/`<>@:]+@\w+(?!\.htm)(?:\.\w+){1,3} (links: kembalilah@gmail.com). It appears that you inserted an e-mail address to Anggun. Wikipedia pages should not contain personal information. For more information, please read Wikipedia:Biography of Living People, specifically the section about personal information.

If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 10:56, 16 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia! I am glad to see you are interested in discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages are for discussion related to improving the article, not general discussion about the topic. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you.  Chzz  ►  11:52, 16 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

March 2009

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Anggun, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. SatuSuro 12:59, 20 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please note - adding material after the tags: -

This article or section has multiple issues. Please help improve the article or discuss these issues on the talk page.

  • It needs additional references or sources for verification. Tagged since March 2009.
  • It resembles a fan site. Tagged since March 2009.
  • Its tone or style may not be appropriate for Wikipedia. Tagged since March 2009.
  • It may be too long. Some content may need to be summarized or split. Tagged since March 2009.

suggest that perhaps you do not understand what that means.

Kalau tambah sesudah 'tag' itu - edits that add material that does not have WP:RS for WP:V and which might constitute ignoring the tag - which means it needs to be reverted. Wikipedia Inggeris belum seperti blog atau 'fan site' - tambah tambahan seperti di dalam WP:NOT.

Please understand that Content that violates any copyright will be deleted. Encyclopedic content must be verifiable is an important part of Wikipedia's policy SatuSuro 13:07, 20 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of "Secret Of The Sea" remixes

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article "Secret Of The Sea" remixes, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Unable to find article on "Secret Of The Sea", non-notable remixes that should be in the main article, if one exists.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. — neuro(talk)(review) 14:45, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • As I pointed out, Alex: Please don't simply go to an online or print source and copy these sorts of things to this site. If there are remixes of these songs, they should be listed on the articles about ths songs themselves in your own words and with the citing of the source. Please do not post another of these lists. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 14:47, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, you just did talk to me.  :) You can go to my talk page, that of any other user or, if you prefer, leave word here. For your own benefit, I wouldn't post an e-mail address where it's visible simply because you're opening yourself to being spammed. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 14:54, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I prodded this because I couldn't work out what they were remixes of, and they didn't assert notability by themselves. — neuro(talk)(review) 15:00, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No problem. The best way to do so on any article is to see if there is in fact an existing one; there is an article at Anggun discography. The info on the remixes would be very welcome there, but do so in your own words and cite your sources. Have fun! PS: I dig "Snow on the Sahara." I don't live far from the Mojave Desert.  :) PMDrive1061 (talk) 15:02, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As PMD said, the best way to do it would be to add it to the appropriate article linked from Anggun discography. — neuro(talk)(review) 15:11, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • That's why we're considered a community. We're all here to help. Unfortunately, I need to sign off since I have to go out of town for the day, but I'll likely be back online tomorrow. The deleted remixes are still in the edit history and since I'm an administrator, I can still access them. Feel free to leave word here or on my talk page as to where you got your source(s) of information and we can work to improve that discography together. There's a lot of "fan" content as it stands and it could use a good going-over. Have a wonderful day and we'll talk soon. Thanks for your contributions. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 15:12, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I guess it already exists. Which album are the remixes from? — neuro(talk)(review) 15:36, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
As long as the additions are referenced as being notable remixes, they can be added to the song's page (if it exists), or otherwise indented below the song in the tracklist. — neuro(talk)(review) 15:43, 25 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. File source problem with File:Andru_Donalds_FaceBook.jpg

File Copyright problem
File Copyright problem

Thanks for uploading File:Andru_Donalds_FaceBook.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, their copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 20:48, 1 July 2009 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. – Quadell (talk) 20:48, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned non-free image File:Andru Donalds Avatar2.jpg

⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Andru Donalds Avatar2.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Fair use rationale for File:Andru Dobalds Avatar from Facebook.jpg

Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Andru Dobalds Avatar from Facebook.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the file description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 14:41, 1 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File source problem with File:Ad wiki.jpg

Thank you for uploading File:Ad wiki.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of that website's terms of use of its content. However, if the copyright holder is a party unaffiliated from the website's publisher, that copyright should also be acknowledged.

If you have uploaded other files, consider verifying that you have specified sources for those files as well. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged per Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion, F4. If the image is copyrighted and non-free, the image will be deleted 48 hours after 20:29, 23 July 2010 (UTC) per speedy deletion criterion F7. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Sfan00 IMG (talk) 20:29, 23 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
