Request reason:

this page is not intended for promotional purposes, but instead to simply provide information on this magazine for the general public. It is no different than current Wiki articles on Fortune or Hawaii Business Magazine.

Decline reason:

There's a bit of difference between Hawaii Business Magazine and your article. HBM is written in a strictly neutral style, and wasn't created by someone using the name of the magazine. (Two edits WERE made later by someone in that position, and I've now blocked them. I've also tagged the article for being unreferenced.) Your article had a promotional tone while avoiding the worst excesses of PR speak that I often see here. However, it was obviously promotional enough, and you were blocked largely because your username violates WP:USERNAME by appearing to represent an organisation. Until you request unblocking to change your name, no chance. You may then be given a list of question and warned more or less gently about conflict of interest.
