Contacting moderators about issues

Hi. I am quite unfamiliar with how wikipedia works and I would like to talk to someone(a mod, if possible) about censorship to my contributions and banning issues. Is there anything I should do? Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zdwfwdw (talk • contribs) 16:52, 18 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Zdwfwdw: and welcome to Wikipedia. If you are having your edits reverted I would first look at the reverts to see if an explanation was left. If one was not you could then try asking the edit who reverted you. If you don't want to do that however your could ask any administrator here in Wikipedia to step in. If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to ask A 10 fireplane Inform me 16:39, 19 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

That person did leave an explanation but he/she simply dismissed it as "unnecessary". It would be great if an admin could look into this issue, but the page of concern is in a foreign language. Would it be fine for you or should I find an admin responsible for that language? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zdwfwdw (talk • contribs) 17:18, 19 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Zdwfwdw:what article are you speaking about specifically? I can take a look and can contact an administrator if necessary. A 10 fireplane Inform me 18:15, 19 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It is a page in Chinese titled "香港人抗爭宣言". It was censored because of "copyright issues" but I dont think it applies here. To my knowledge, that page has been deleted multiple times, possibly due to pressure and censorship from the CCP. I dont know if any mods have looked into this before but it would be great if you could look into this issue. Thanks — Preceding unsigned comment added by Zdwfwdw (talk • contribs) 17:15, 23 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

could anyone please help with the above sensorship issue? A 10 fireplane Inform me 17:02, 24 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
@Zdwfwdw and A 10 fireplane: This is the English-language Wikipedia, and most of us don't know much about the editorial processes on the Chinese-language Wikipedia. If the page was originally on the Chinese-language Wikipedia (https://zh.wikipedia.org), you will have to ask for help there. I was not able to find a page in the deletion logs under that title, here or at zhwiki. Your user talk page background

Hello A 10 fireplane! While I was working on your helpme request, I had a hard time reading the text on this page because of the very bright background. I'd encourage you to pick a lighter color. Some of the text on your user page is also very difficult to read because there is insufficient contrast between the text and the background. Formatting, including coloration, that makes user page and user talk page content difficult to read is prohibited by this section of the user page guidelines. More information on colors and accessability is available at MOS:COLOR. Thanks, AntiCompositeNumber (talk) 17:33, 24 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@AntiCompositeNumber:thank you for bringing this to my attention, hopefully it is fixed now A 10 fireplane Inform me 17:52, 24 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, that's much better. Thank you. --AntiCompositeNumber (talk) 19:04, 24 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
