Your first article
Hi there, and welcome to Wikipedia! I noticed you recently wrote an article about yourself. While that's great, I'm afraid that Wikipedia really isn't the best place to do that - imagine what it would be like if everyone in the world wrote an article about themselves! It would get pretty messy.
Here on Wikipedia, we want to write about stuff which is notable, which is of an interest and known to a wide variety of people from around the world. So while we have an article on, say, Coca-Cola and Shakespeare, we don't have an article on the rock outside the front door of 276 West Greenford St, New York.
I hope we haven't put you off helping out - Wikipedia is a great place to learn about things, and when you get more confident, you can start to improve articles on topics which interest you! — QuantumEleven 14:15, 15 November 2006 (UTC)
