I took the information from the CSIR website. Obviously, the functions were of CSIR. But, since RRLT inherits from CSIR, there wont be any change in the functionality. That was the reason for posting the functions of CSIR in the page of RRLT.

Anyways, if you can collect more information regarding the functionality of RRLT in specific, please post it.
