My name is James Lambert. I am now a PhD student living in Hong Kong, but for most of my working life I have been a professional lexicographer working for the Macquarie Library publishing company, publishers of the Macquarie Dictionary. I have also contributed to various other dictionary projects over the years, including the OED, the Australian National Dictionary and Routledge's New Partridge.
I am also an amateur birder so have made some contributions to Wikipedia's bird entries.
