I believe the World is knowable. It is not knowable directly, but through investigation, intervention and most imporantly conversation.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but Wikipedia should reflect reality, Wikipedia content cannot dictate reality. It can certainly dictate the perception of it, that is why WP:NPOV is probably the most important policy Wikipedia has.
