Things I Forget
- Colons are indents.
- There is a link to a page's history from RC next to the page's name.
- I can copy and paste the vandalism templates with |pagename} to speak about that page.
- There are separate templates for test edits and blanking.
- The community portal has a list of pages needing copyediting.
- There is a button in the edit source box that adds the 4 tildes for you.
- You can find a user's contribs by going down the side bar. There is a button that says User Contributions.
- Alt+r takes the page to Recent Changes.
- Alt+e goes to edit source.
Weird Things
- I've gotten a welcome message from the French Wikipedia, even though I've never gone to it.
- I've seen accounts that look like IPs created, but when they check them, they're range blocked.
Things To Learn
- How to contribute actual content.
- How to use the reference/citation tags.
Things I Might Be Confused About
- Shouldn't one wait until an account with a potentially promotional username edits to decide if that user should be blocked?
- What exactly is a softblock?
