reftalk is a bot that adds {{reflist-talk}} to candidate talk page sections. If a talk page section contains <ref></ref> tags but no <references /> or equivalent (eg. {{reflist}}) the bot will add {{reflist-talk}} in the appropriate talk page section.

The bot runs on a semi-regular basis. If a talk page has not been modified since the last time the bot ran, it is skipped. For example, during the March 2022 run, it checked all talk pages that had been modified after September 2021.
