Dr. Breznjev (July 10 1984, Heerenveen, The Netherlands) is a user of Wikipedia.

His nickname is derived from the Sovietleader Leonid Brezhnev.

Dr. Breznjev started with the Dutch Wikipedia in november 2003 and within a month he learned of the existence of the Frisian Wikipedia. Most of his contributions are on those two wikis. In september of 2005 Dr. Breznjev became the ambassador of the Frisian Wikipedia.
