A lot of traffic continues to come thru' the diacritic redirect, probably because of links from Vietnam War, Ngo Dinh Diem, etc.
*Note: I subtracted about 1400 from the (20)11/08 figure -> "15900*" to remove the big spike outlier. I'd ignore the (20)11/08 figure; Probably the best comparison is 1105 and 1205, essentially no change.
