Plot
Theodore Boone is a 13 year old child, and his parents, Marcella and Woods Boone, are both lawyers. In a school trip to Washington D.C., Theo sees a notorious criminal in the metro, Pete Duffy, who has been accused of murder and hasn't been seen since his 1st trial in Strattenburg. Theo first informs his Uncle Ike Boone, and later they go to the FBI. Pete Duffy is finally brought to court inside of Strattenburg. There is a problem, however. The key witness, Bobby Escobar, an illegal immigrant, is afraid to testify in fear of being deported. Will Theodore Boone be able to put the potential murderer and number 7 on the FBI's most wanted list, Pete Duffy, behind bars?
