Template:TxDOT minutes
This template creates standardized references to various Minute Orders published by the Texas Department of Transportation and its predecessors.
Usage

Parameters
To complete the template, fill in the following parameters:
- month and day: the month and day the document was created.
- year: the year the document was created.
- url: the URL address of the document.
- access-date or accessdate: the date the document was accessed online.
Extra parameters
These are extra, mostly optional parameters, not listed or shown above.
- type: Specifies what type of minute order document is being referenced. Can be set to agenda for meeting mgendas, minutes for regular meeting minutes or orders for standard minute orders. Leaving the field blank will default to minute orders.
- meeting-num: if specified in the document, what number meeting the document pertains to. For example, if the document states "Minutes from the Eighth Meeting", type "8th" in as the value. Leaving this parameter blank will result in the date the minute orders were created being placed in the source title instead.
- special: if the meeting is listed as a special meeting instead of a regular or numbered meeting. Set the value to yes if this is the case.
