Kahrl
I basically never do things like this but the Kahrl mentions (both of them) and the block quote seem like such blatant self-promotion I can’t take it. Hundreds of books have been written about this subject, many more notable than Kahrl’s, and he gets his name, two occupations, and book title in here? The article even describes him as an author right after mentioning his book, which is a shameless redundancy.
I've restored one of the two blockquotes. They were not both from Water and Power -- a significant book on the subject -- just one. The other was an obvious pro-Mulholland piece of propaganda with no relevance to Mulholland's legacy, the putative subject of the section. I've restored the relevant quote from the historian, leaving out the promotional quote. Beyond My Ken (talk) 14:02, 16 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
