Wetleasing due to SAS Q400 problems?

I heard that Viking Airlines are making lot of money to help SAS with wetleasing to replace the Q400s, anyone got any info about that? RGDS Alexmcfire

Proposed merge

Viking Airlines destinations is a short page (2kb) that consists solely of a list of airports where Viking Airlines flies. It could easily be merged to the section 'Destinations' of Viking Airlines. Cnilep (talk) 15:28, 26 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Against - Guidelines recommend to create a separate page for destinations if there are 10+. Please see WP:AIRLINES to understand more on why separate destination articles. This article is no different to any other airline destination articles. Zaps93 (talk) 15:35, 26 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Note discussion at the WikiProject as well as this and this AfD suggesting that this guideline is somewhat controversial and does not have the strength of policy. On the other hand, Viking Airlines has destinations in ten countries, whereas Porter Airlines, whose destinations page was deleted, only has destinations in Canada and the US. Porter Airlines just had over 10, not by much therefore they didn't see the point, but judging by the scale of Viking Airlines destinations, I don't see how it is any different to British Airways destinations. Zaps93 (talk) 21:45, 26 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Im just saying that it is best not to merge the viking airlines destinations page because most airlines have a seperate destination page. It could well be in the future that the airline could get large and could cause a lot of space of the page to be used. Thanks. --MKY661 (talk) 11:54, 28 April 2010 (UTC) Also, just to let you know that i created viking Airlinews Destinations. It was my first page that i had created.[reply]

Viking Hellas

Added short Viking Hellas reference due to use of Viking Airlines' domain name, and to link to Viking Hellas main article (note similarity of logo...) Not sure if affiliate is the right term though so welcome comments. Warren Whyte (talk) 11:37, 2 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
