- Oppose - The USPS article is already very long, and this topic has received significant coverage in multiple reliable sources to warrant its own stand-alone article. This article is a very reasonable content fork of the USPS article. Northamerica1000(talk) 23:14, 2 May 2012 (UTC)

Question
Can people recycle plastic-wrapped junk mail entire, or do they have to open it and split the plastic and paper into separate bins? Just curious, but perhaps someone with sourced info could add this to the article! PamD 07:35, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
