Whoever wrote that is wrong. The Tower of Power in kentucky is a turbo-drop ride, and the texas one is a acceleration tower ride. It was not closed for inspection because it is a totally different machine! I didn't take it off but I wish someone would fix their mistake. -a very informed Six Flags Season Pass Holder(Johnnywalterboy 22:28, 18 July 2007 (UTC)) UPDATE- Because the creater of the article did not correct his mistake, I had to correct it for him. If I were somebody reading one of his articles, I would not believe the facts, as he seems to never update his articles and seems to vandlize some articles, such as what he did to the mars article. I'm done with this for now. Your Wikipedia Amusement Resourse, Johnnywalterboy 21:38, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
Huge changes in this article
I again changed this page. This time I expanded it. The person who originaly wrote this article seemed to only know of the tower of power in Texas. I also am doubtfull about the creater of this article being informed about any Six Flags parks except in Texas. For the creater's privacy, I have refrained from referencing his username in this talk page. Johnnywalterboy 02:04, 24 July 2007 (UTC)
Correction to the Superman: Tower of Power in Arlington
The person who wrote that piece was not very informed of the ride at all. So I corrected the ride speed, duration, and type of ride operation it uses. I'm going to add incidents like that of the girl lthat had her feet severed at the Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom. Jnthnchs (talk) 13:45, 9 January 2008 (UTC)
split this page
The Six Flags Over Texas ride needs it's own page, separate from the Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom and Six Flags St Louis rides. They're two totally different designs made by different manufacturers, that only share the same name. SFOT's, like Power Tower at Cedar Point, and several others, uses compressed air with no cables involved. What this article does is make people scared to ride SFOT's just because it has the same name as SFKK's. And there are still several others around the country/world exactly like SFKK's, that just have a different name.Jbw9999 (talk) 14:28, 12 June 2013 (UTC)
