Location and Population
I looked at the Mapa site which includes updated information about each village. The location in the map is exactly north of Modi'in, and the current population is 3000. -- Gabi S. 09:40, 15 September 2007 (UTC)
Revert
This edit confused Modi'in with Modi'in Illit. AgadaUrbanit (talk)
- You are correct, thank you for fixing that. However, while Qibya is exactly north of Modi'in (~9.5 km from what I can tell), it is closer to Nilin (~3.6) and Modi'in Illit (~5.9). Any particular reason to mention Modi'in at all? nableezy - 15:26, 20 October 2012 (UTC)
"Intensive coverage"
The source used for this claim does not say Qibya received "intensive media coverage" in 2001. Rather, the source itself, being an article from an RS reporting on Qibya in 2001 seems to be the basis of original research by an editor, who uses its existence to claim such intensive coverage.
