"City" and "borough" are each specific types of municipalities. It's not about size--it's how the gov't is organized. At least in Pennsylvania there is no such thing as a "city/borough"--according to its website Northampton is a borough. That website also lists a population of 9,926. Also, the "Specific Historical Events" section is not appropriate for an encyclopedia article. Even if the content is noteworthy the presentation must be changed dramatically. I removed most of the "specific historical events" section and merged what was left with the "History" section. Most of the material just didn't seem noteworthy. I also added the part about the filming of School Ties from Education to History. PurpleChez (talk) 17:02, 16 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
