This now seems to be out of date. According to the Minnesota Secretary of State, Liz Boldon ran for Minnesota State Senate, and won. https://electionresults.sos.state.mn.us/results/Index?ErsElectionId=149&scenario=StateSenate&DistrictId=513&show=Go .
