Doctor Who
Although it is quite likely that reports of Duncan's casting in Doctor Who are true, we need to wait for an official announcement from the BBC, something verifiable and linkable, before adding it to this page. So far, all we have is a tabloid and a few blogs quoting that tabloid. If this is indeed true, and I think it may be, then a verifiable announcement will become available soon, but until then we should not jump the gun. magnius (talk) 18:37, 18 February 2009 (UTC)

Accent
I can't see the entire source but the statement that she speaks with received pronunciation "despite her origins" is peculiar. The Edinburgh accent is pretty much RP anyway; nothing like the stereotype Scottish brogue, let alone the Glaswegian snarl. Does the source say what we say and, if so, should it be considered ignorance on the part of the interviewer? - Sitush (talk) 07:54, 26 December 2022 (UTC)
