Soviet counterpart?

What is the name of the Soviet and Russian counterpart of Kremlinology, i.e. the study of American politics? Potomacology? Krohn is such a wit. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.30.71.244 (talk) 16:07, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Crankshaw

Edward Crankshaw could be seen as a Kremlinologist. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.30.71.244 (talk) 16:15, 26 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article is a disaster

  • Almost no sources
  • Why these sovietologists are listed and not the others
  • What was the value of the Cold war sovietology?
  • Nothing about institutions and printed texts.
