Criteria for POV material
The requirement for NPOV is for the overall article, not for each individual statement in the article. In the contrary, it is often necessary to include POV statements in order to achieve overall NPOV. Wikipedia:Neutral point of view states: "We should present all significant, competing views sympathetically." So, it is not a reason to remove a statement if an editor perceives it as "extremly POV material from biased sources".
