Overall: The article is new enough and neutral. After using Earwig's Copyvio tool, it does not appear that there are any major copyright violation issues with it. It is long enough and both the article and hook are properly cited. The hook is also interesting and QPQ has been satisfied. Overall, I see no reason not to approve this submission.
