I have not yet read this book, but I do know that it exists, and is easily available on Amazon. This is the only Stephen King book without a page, and is simply ignored on his bibliography page. Stephen king only co-wrote the 1st and last of the button box series, Richard Chizmar, the co-author wrote the 2nd book by himself, Stephen King only wrote the forward.
