Cover artwork has a valid rationale that allows usage in article.
Image included in Background and composition section is a bit irrelevant to the article. Are there images of the song's composers uploaded in Wiki[Commons] or Flickr?
Not done, unfortunately there were no pictures on Commons for the songwriters, except for one picture of Big Sean that I feel like not be a free work. I did, however, expand the caption for Kanye so it ties in a little better with the section its in.
The non-free image of Cyrus is unnecessary. An image of Cyrus as she appears live and in music videos nowadays would suffice.

Original research; reliable sourcing
WP:OR is not present; sources are reliable except for an instance in Music video, referenced in "Prose, redundancies and visual aspect".
Prose, redundancies and visual aspect
Introduction
Remove "hip hop" from "American [...] recording artist" and instead reference the song's musical style in the end of the paragraph.

When saying "component chart" you should say "component chart to the US Billboard Hot 100".

Background and composition
"When describing his second studio album Hall of Fame (2013) in December 2012, Big Sean stated that he wished to "teach and leave a legacy" with its tracks, admitting that the content on his debut record Finally Famous (2011) "didn't really teach too much."" → irrelevant to the matter; should be in the song's parent album article.
I feel like this would be nice to have in this article though, since the song describes overcoming difficulties and I think it helps to explain the fairly sudden shift to more mature lyrics.
Leak is a bit casual, I think. Could you change that to "surface"?
