Evenlode (parish) → Evenlode – Evenlode already redirects here. The river is probably more notable but both are in the same area (the river name is more recent, and may be named after the parish), the river is prominently mentioned in the article, and in the UK names of rivers are usually prefixed with "River" when mentioned in writing whether in books, on maps or on signs. - Support Indeed in English (which unlike Commons doesn't matter that it isn't in French) rivers are generally known as River X (or X River), not just X, see WP:PRECISION, all others at Evenlode (disambiguation) are PTMs. Crouch, Swale (talk) 05:53, 24 July 2018 (UTC)

This looks like a rather dubious move. The proposal admits that the river is more notable. In ictu oculi (talk) 07:00, 18 August 2018 (UTC)
