I edited the first listed source and relinked it with an updated link and rephrased it to not be word for word. I moved the paragraph on fraud entrymen into the Effects and Outcomes section. This subsection can be split eventually, though as of now there is not enough material. Perhaps we can eventually add more communities that were largely built because of the Act in its own section.
