Hello, groove dog or skomorokh, ancient irish folklaw says st cummin of mayo, born 500ad circa. when a baby given the name coimin ]] [the original.. irish familys, edward maclysaght, 1954 first published]....first found in connaght,and the parish of kilcummin,on the western side of the bay of killala is named after them [irish familys 4th edition, thir names, arms, origins...edward maclysaght.] so the place kilcummin, on the north west coast of mayo, named after coimin,..st cummin.
