Yes, I agree. "Black Flight" is just as "racist" as "White Flight". I'm not simply saying this; see Thomas Sowell's "Ethic America" Chapter 11, page 277 where he describes blacks fleeing areas that were experiencing an influx of Irish and Italian immigrants.
