Effectiveness?
The article contains a service history, but nothing on the actual effectiveness of the vehicle in combat. Did it see action in WW1 or the Russian Civil War? Chris Cunningham (not at work) - talk 17:49, 15 April 2009 (UTC)

Austin Armoured Car → Austin armoured car – Like most other armoured cars, not a proper name. Dicklyon (talk) 04:56, 18 October 2024 (UTC)
- Support, per MOS and nom. The redirect for the article has to be changed, as well. Kierzek (talk) 13:14, 18 October 2024 (UTC)
- Support per nom. The article describes an entire series of armoured cars, none of which are formally designated as the "Austin Armoured Car". Carguychris (talk) 14:21, 18 October 2024 (UTC)
- Speedy support – super obvious, e.g. per User:Dicklyon/MIL precedents, which explicitly includes at least five prior similar armoured car articles. We just did Humber armoured car a few days ago. While we're at it, let's fix Minerva Armored Car (spelled without a 'u'), AEC Armoured Car, Daimler Armoured Car, Ford Mk V Armoured Car, Fox Armoured Car, Garford-Putilov Armoured Car, Leyland Armoured Car, Rover Light Armoured Car, Rhino Heavy Armoured Car, and Vespa-Caproni Armoured Car. Something (somewhat different) should also be done with Armoured Carrier Wheeled Indian Pattern. — BarrelProof (talk) 17:07, 18 October 2024 (UTC)
- Support per WP:LOWERCASE, WP:NCCAPS, MOS:CAPS and ngram evidence. This is a description (armoured car) and a clear case of titlecase to sentence case. Cinderella157 (talk) 05:01, 20 October 2024 (UTC)
- Support per above and WP:CONSISTENT. I'm getting tired of re-typing out all the shortcuts, so will skip it this time. "Austin" is the consistently capitalized proper name here, while "armoured car" is descriptive text, not consistently capitalized in sources. — SMcCandlish ☏ ¢ 😼 23:16, 24 October 2024 (UTC)
