==Controversies==
On talking due to lack of published & there for citable accounts of many of the dirty dealing, in addition whistle blowers would be blackballed if they dared to report rampant violations .....
There were problems getting performers and backstage crew to the stage due to the crowds,traffic and location. The promoter to solve this used a helicopter to get artists and crew in and took artists back on trips to pick up the next artists. However on the end of the night and of the event the promoter did not pick up the crew on the helicopter(or provide other transportation) to take them back to where they parked several miles from the venue. Stranding the local crew production staff late at night at a temporary show venue , that did not adequate food water and/or shelter facilities. Those crew then had to to work there way through the ground then walk several miles longer than the helicopter flight(flight paths are more straight/direct verses the rural roads going around private property), to get back to their vehicles to drive home. Sadly sources are interviews and conversations with fellow stagehands that worked the show andlessions that local stage union learned about including terms in contracts and not trusting promoters to do the right thing by the people that bailed them out. ---ref history of I.A.T.S.E. local 322 Charlotte NC.208.104.49.22 (talk) 20:57, 2 March 2021 (UTC)
