The article is in this category because it has cadet programs which provide aerospace education to middle and high school students. Furthermore, the Civil Air Patrol offers teaching materials to school teachers for their students to be used in the classroom. Given the interaction with the school system, and the fact that educating cadets makes up one of the three missions of the organization, all of the Wing articles have been placed in their respective state's education categories. I have moved the article back into the category in order to assume good faith of the original edit until a greater consensus is reached.
