Todor Batkov has to be added to key people too DemonX (talk) 12:37, 15 December 2009 (UTC)
This page has been subject to alteration to disguise a relevant fact - that the company experienced difficulties when it implemented a new billing system. The problems associated with the new billing system implementation are supported not just by hearsay, but also by published information regarding the company performance. (see also company results) The profile must remain factual about these difficulties and not defame either party, but it is not acceptable for the company or the vendor to delete these facts because of possible damage to reputation. It is essential the difficulties are however substantiated with references because of the sensitive nature and the possible commercial impact. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Telecomsexpert (talk • contribs) 12:47, 14 May 2011 (UTC)
Mobiltel’s official statement concerning information in this article:
The alteration made in this page contains incorrect figures and unconfirmed information, based on subjective perception. Although we might recognize the statement about difficulties during the implementation of a new billing system as close to an objective view, as the company went through a period of stabilization of a new CRM system, we have to underline that the objectiveness should include the fact that the stabilization process has come to an end. Mobiltel is back on track issuing all invoices on time and recovering all traditional services that we temporally instable. This overview allows us to define the alteration in the last paragraphs of this article as misleading and unacceptable as it presents subjective point of view. It is essential for a business performing at severe competition market to provide objective and relevant to the official financial report information. There are wrong figures quoted referring to Mobiltel’s market share so please visit our website – http://www.mtel.bg/mobiltel/press.php?id=920 to find the real ones and the whole financial report for the Q1 of 2011.Mobiltel 13:45, 20 May 2011 (UTC).

This page has no sources and had three external links - all to the company's website. It's tone is not in line with wikipedia's NPOV requirements. The page requires a complete rewrite, as it appears to be hastily written by an employee working in said company. It contains some spelling mistakes as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kirichkov (talk • contribs) 20:38, 27 June 2012 (UTC)

M-Tel → Mtel – The comapany oficially changed its name. Berkkboy (talk) 14:51, 30 January 2014 (UTC)
- Oppose. No evidence is offered for the change of name. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 12:15, 6 February 2014 (UTC)
Discussion
- Closing comments: Please see WP:official names if the reason I have claimed the rationale above is not valid is unclear, as seems likely. It simply seeks to explain the policy on official and other names, which seems to catch many quite by surprise but does make sense. Andrewa (talk) 02:08, 7 February 2014 (UTC)
