You asked me to look into that. Here is what I found:

• open access research paper in Polish on this conference. Well, at least it has quite a few paragraphs about it.
• Btw, I see this on Polish wikisource (booklet by Lenin in Polish). No English TL? Well, at least it gives you a picture to use in the article. Also PD is this newspaper article in Polish criticizing it, with a headline about it: [1].
