Although the two points are bulleted separately in the template, it feels uneven when read though, as if they are part of same sentence and give a sense of unease as both are unrelated matters (and the second point with capital A in anger just makes it worse). So per WP:IAR (for if there is any rule for it) I think the ',' (comma) should be added. What do you think? Thanks, ExclusiveEditorNotify Me!09:11, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I don't see the need, personally. If other people feel that it is uneven, it would make more sense to combine the points with "and" rather than have a comma followed by a capitalized word. Swinub★14:40, 20 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
