I noticed that several WikiProject banners were recently removed from this article's talk page, suggesting there were too many. I think the removal was unwarranted and should have been discussed first. I have reinstated both the WikiProject Crime and the WikiProject Organized Crime banners because I think removing them was overdoing it. This article is still about a crime, because people were killed by the explosion caused by the reckless theft of oil, so it is of interest to these WikiProjects and meets their inclusion criteria. Although I don't see an element of terrorism and while there may have been some environmental pollution, I think the crime projects are enough to cover that off, but I would be happy to discuss adding those projects back too.
