While reference #6 states that the bog body found at Clonycavan had "raised Mohawk-style hair," the Wikipedia article about the Clonycavan Man only says that his hair was "raised". In that article's discussion of his hair, the references speculate that his hairstyle may have been something akin to a Swabian Knot or a top knot. At any rate, those references contradict reference #6 in this article, leading me to believe that Clonycavan Man's hairstyle was not a mohawk (or at least, not as defined in this article).
