On September 19, 2023, there was an attempt to rename this article as the "Third Nagorno-Karabakh War". It was rejected based on the fact that the clashes happened very recently, and there was no evidence it would become a full-scale invasion. Now that Artsakh is clearly in Azerbaijani hands, I think it is safe to call it the Third Nagorno-Karabakh War, as it has the significance of being a clear end to the conflict. The Second Nagorno-Karabakh War was not referred to as the "second Nagorno-Karabakh War" in most news sources either. From a Google search, nearly all of the sources that have that explicit name were written after the Wikipedia page was created, and most seemed to have taken that name directly from the Wikipedia page. Change Kamran Aliyev wikipedia page reference to correct one.

In aftermath section of the article, Kamran Aliyev, prosecutor general of Azerbaijan is mentioned, and his wikipedia page is referenced. It is however incorrect, as it points to a football player instead.
