Stephanie Dunlea is a camogie player who is at a corner back currently playing for the Barryroe club. Stephanie won All Ireland club medals with them in 2002 [1] and then again she did in 2005.[2]
Family background
Her grand-aunt Kate was the captain of Cork to 1933 title. Her father John won an All-Ireland Junior Football Championship medal in 1964,[citation needed] and her brother Pat nipped a junior football medal in 2001. Her sister Lynn won five All-Ireland Senior Camogie Championship medals and performed her role as camogie match analyst on RTÉ's Sunday Sport.[citation needed] After the institution of an official awards scheme, she was short-lived for an award in 2004[3] and again in 2005.[4] having being a winner of their unofficial awards scheme in 2003[5] and She was nominated as part of that shortlist in 2004 but not again in 2005.[6]
