The company has recently gone through upper-management changes. They have a proven track record of favoritism and are notorious for their good-ole boy system. Many of their decisions and work ethics fall under bad business practices. One example would be unnecessarily forcing one manager to move to another state just so they can accommodate one of the preferred managers who wished to relocate for personal reasons, thus using tens of thousands of company funds for a move that would result in no financial gain for the company.
