While there are 10 areas called Nottingham it should be noted that Nottingham 10 is not a part of the other 9 areas of Nottingham nor is it a part of their association. |
|||
Nottingham 10 stands alone and is a wonderful, small group that are bordered on 2 sides by a fabulous 1 1/2 mile walking park. The trees are mature and it is a quiet, stately comminuty. |

The neighborhood has been nicknamed "Snottingham Country" or "Snobbingham Country" by many residents of the area, presumably due to the notoriously strict homeowners' association which zealousy governs its bylaws, as well as the affluence of the residents living there. |
