Good Job! is a 2020 puzzle video game by Dutch[4] developer Paladin Studios. The player controls a megacorporation CEO's son in completing exaggerated office tasks in destructive playground-style puzzles to climb the corporate ladder. It was published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch on March 26th, 2020.[3] The game received "generally favorable" reviews, according to review aggregator Metacritic.[1]

Grading
After completing every level you get a grade for three things, time, money wasted and amount of objects broken. Although money wasted and amount of objects broken effect the grade, the time has a greater impact on it. This grade can be a D, C, B, A or S. To get an S for Money wasted and amount of objects broken you must break no objects. For time the thresholds depend on what level you are on.
Costumes
Hidden in the levels you find different outfits to dress your character. Once you find these outfits they get automatically get saved and you don't have to finish the level afterwords. You can change outfits at any time in the menu.
Level Select
In the Level Select, there are 10 floors. You can change floors using the elevator in the middle of each one. Each floor has 4 stages except for Reception, Executive and Penthouse which have 0, 3 and 1 respectively.

Reception
Reception is the first room you see after the opening cut scene. It has a short hallway and then the main room. On the left wall, there is a sign that says Reception and a counter. It instructs you to grab your uniform off the counter and then go to the elevator to go up to Finance.
Development
After completing the Penthouse you unlock the ability to go into the Development department. This is a credits room where there are a lot of workers and when you go near them a name of someone who worked on the game appears.
Finance
After going up the elevator you make it to Finance. Finance has 4 rooms, you can do the first three in any order and once you have completed all of them you can go to the fourth.
Legal
The first level in the game is the Legal department in room 101. in this level your goal is to get a projector to the meeting room. You can achieve this by either launching it with the wire and destroying the wall or carefully plugging in doors and rolling it through rooms.
Accounting
Accounting department in room 102. In this level, you must drag the internet plug to the backup server in order to fix the internet.
Taxes
Taxes department in room 103. In this level, you have to get 5 co-workers into the meeting room from there offices. This level introduces sitting people down in chairs.
Auditorium
once you have completed Legal, Accounting and Taxes you get a promotion that unlocks the Auditorium. In this level, you have to set up the projector.
