One unspecified user listed several of his allergens as "dairy" and "non-dairy." This would make him allergic to every substance known to man, and thus killing off the character (unless he dies of an allergic reaction). --Chapas45

Given Matt Groening's tendency to name characters after streets in his hometown (Lovejoy, Flanders), more emphasis should be placed on Milhouse's last name as a street rather than the Charles Manson follower. ~~
